PENGARUH MULTITASKING TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RSUD RAJA AHMAD THABIB KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Nursing service is a form of professional service that is an integral part of health services based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed at individuals, families, groups, or communities, both healthy and sick. Nursing practice is a service provided by nurses in the form of nursing care. The research method is a correlation study with a cross-sectional design. This research design will explain the relationship between multitasking and the job performance of nurses. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on 89 respondents who are nurses at Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital Tanjungpinang, it can be concluded: The results of the bivariate analysis with the chi-square test revealed that the significant value of the analysis of the multitasking relationship with the job performance of nurses at the Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital Tanjungpinang was 0.000 (p-value = 0.000) with a significance level of 5%, p < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship. There is a significant relationship between multitasking and the job performance of nurses at the Raja Ahmad Thabib Tanjungpinang Hospital in 2020.

Abstrak

Pelayanan keperawatan adalah suatu bentuk pelayanan profesional yang merupakan bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan yang didasarkan pada ilmu dan kiat keperawatan ditujukan kepada individu, keluarga, kelompok, atau masyarakat baik sehat maupun sakit. Praktik keperawatan adalah pelayanan yang diselenggarakan oleh perawat dalam bentuk asuhan keperawatan. Metode penelitian dengan studi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. rancangan penelitian ini akan menjelaskan hubungan multitasking dengan job performance perawat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan kepada 89 responden yang merupakan perawat di RSUD Raja Ahmad Thabib Tanjungpinang, maka dapat disimpulkan: Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square diketahui nilai signifikan analisa hubungan multitasking dengan Job performance perawat di RSUD Raja Ahmad Thabib Tanjungpinang adalah sebesar 0,000 (p value= 0,000) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, p< 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara multitasking dengan Job performance perawat di RSUD Raja Ahmad Thabib Tanjungpinang tahun 2020.
